Perle Express Replacement extended service agreement - 1 year - shipment

If the Perle Products fail, a user-exchangeable modular part or replacement equipment will be shipped (usually same day) prepaid via express service. Replacement parts or equipment are available for shipment Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. The customer is only responsible for the costs incurred shipping the failed unit back to a Perle depot.

This service covers CS9000/Jetstream 32-port Serial Server.
