Rated 5 out of 5 byElisabeth from Smart image promptI didn't read the review. I mean when you buy a known product from a reputable name. Main problem is the black window that pop's up at any time. Some times stays a few seconds then disappears. But at random and not predictable. Have tried software update, unplugging and trying resetting. The Black prompt is from the monitor because when I do a print screen from the computer it doesn't appear. I had to use my phone.In the reviews we find everyone with the same problem. yet no one address this with a firmware update or software update. There has to be a fix for it. Would not Recommend this product unless there is a fix.
