Rated 5 out of 5 bygalt from nullLove this phone however in three years the cord that runs from the phone to the headset has broken twice in the same location, just an inch from where it exits phone. Plantronics should beef up this portion for customers should not have to buy a new headset ever year or so.

Rated 5 out of 5 bycminnie from Phone is great - headset shorts out frequentlyI love my CT14 phone - but I am on my 3rd spare headset in a year. The cord is very easily shorted apparently. I am super careful with this thing but once the cord goes you need to replace the entire headset.

The first thing I like about it is that it is always easy for me to hear the other person on the line. I don't lose any part of the conversation. I have always liked hands free calling so this just makes it that much easier since the phone fits easily in your shirt pocket.

First CT14 phone wore out from constant use so I bought a replacement.The headsets can take abuse in use; I wore the 2nd phone's headset out so I needed a replacement.If this one wears out too, I will replace them with the CT14 as long as they make it.
