Rated 5 out of 5 byjmoline from Didn't fitI may have an older model of the headset, but the cushion was much too small to fit over the ear piece, even after I removed the cushion I hoped to retain. And, honestly, for $4.95 I am not willing to go through the hassled of returning them for credit. I am sure that the cushion works fine for the proper earpiece, however, there is no cushion for the larger earpiece on my headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 byBill C from Wrong part for over the head earpieceThe pictured part does not work on the over-the-head holder. The correct part number for that is 43937-01 but it doesn't show up here. I suggest you call customer service to ask for that part and not order what is shown here.
