Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing functionality, clarity, & ease of use!The V3200UC actually wowed me, this isn't a BT earpiece you've tried before I promise you that. The V3200UC is convenient you don't have to keep it in your ear, simply pull it outward lift it up to your ear and you are speaking; (I can tell you it is possible to do this with gloves on) if it's already in your ear you have the option to say answer or ignore I love this feature, being on call 24hours a day like I am the Voyager 3200 UC is a friend to my family, my ears, and my serenity it will be yours as well. The belt loop construction could use a small bit of work I did nearly have it fall off twice in the first couple of days before it was more broke in so be aware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Returned.Did not work as expected with my laptop. The Bluetooth connection may be faulty as the audio made a repeated skipping noise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great FeaturesI have only had the Voyager 3200 uc for 6 days, but I already know that this is the ear piece for me. Coupled up to my smart phone, I can make a call whilst driving just by telling it to enter contacts then call the contacts name, amazing! There is no back ground noise from the engine, the earpiece is very neat and fits well and is very easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good DeviceI've used this for about a week now and I am very satisfied with it. The sound quality is really good, the sensors work well. This will be my backup headset going forward. I love the charging base. I keep it in the base when not in use. It charges quickly and has a surprisingly long battery life due to the size of the device. The only down side I've found is the voice activation (Answer/Ignore) isn't consistent. I'm hoping there will be a Firmware Update to fix this but outside of that issue it works very well. I think I'm going to pick one up for my wife to use also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big Performance in a Small PackageI got this unit a week ago to use for work. I am an at home agent for a call center, and I wanted a wireless solution so I could be a little more mobile while working. I also wanted a unit that would work well for use in my off hours and during travel. On to the review.Packaging: The packaging was simple, sturdy, and very utilitarian. It was very well put together for this product's audience. *In the picture I removed the plastic protective wrap to prevent glare*Setup: The 3200 UC setup very easily. If you've paired bluetooth before, you know how to use this product. The Plantronics Hub app was a snap to use as well. The whole thing was ready to go in less than five minutes. The hardest thing about setup is just swapping the ear piece covers to get the right size for you, and deciding if you want to use the over the ear addition. All in all it was very straight forward.Comfort: This is one of the areas this unit impressed me. I wore the 3200 UC for 50 hours while working this week. I started out with the snap-on over the ear attachment, because the in the ear fittings always feel a little less than secure to me. That attachment did get a bit uncomfortable after about two and a half hours. I decided to go with the in the ear only option after that. In the work setting I'll never go back. Once you get used to the feeling, it is plenty secure without going over the ear. Even after wearing it for eight plus hours at work I never hesitated to pop it back on for personal phone calls in the evenings. It was just that comfortable. With that said, I did find a use for the over the ear option. I ride a motorcycle as much as I can, and like anyone I don't like taking my earpiece on and off. That over the ear unit held stable at 40 mph, and I was able to hear notifications at that speed. Obviously doing that is at your own risk, but I was impressed to say the least. Performance and Features: The performance of this headset is fantastic. It advertises a six hour talk time, and I was regularly able to push it to eight to nine hours with only two 15 min charges while I was on break, and a 30 minute charge at lunch. I have never had it go low battery on those shifts. The call quality is excellent - I should mention again that I work in a call center type position. I'm taking 20 to 50 calls a day ranging in duration from three to five minutes, up to an hour and twenty minutes per call. The features of this headset are very useful as well. I would like to highlight the multiple device feature. If you're like me, and you constantly work on a computer and a smart phone at the same time, it's the coolest feature you never knew you needed. The first night after I got off work, I hooked up to my phone and my laptop. I was playing a game on one of my consoles, listening to creepypasta on YouTube, and keeping up with my phone messages. It Was Excellent. I really enjoyed it, and will continue to use the feature. The base is a fantastic addition as it carries a ten hour charge and is very small and lightweight. Of course, I have to mention the USB stud that is concealed in a compartment in the base. It is very good, both PCs I tested it on picked it up immediately with no driver downloads or fuss of that kind. I particularly like that it indicates whether you are muted or not. If you mute, the USB LED goes red, and if you are not it's blue. The headset will also speak to you and tell you that you are muted if you start to speak while on mute, a great idea. The other features are great as well, volume controls, mute, and smart assistant (Google or Siri) access are all there, and easily accessible once your hands memorize where they are. Cons: I don't have very many of these for this headset. The holster's strap is designed to attach to baggage, which is fine. It would have been nice if they would have included a strap big enough to go around a belt, I'd love to be able to holster it like that. I am probably going to fabricate my own strap so I can. The instructions that come with it could be a little more explicit, some of the more advanced features, such as the gesture controls could be explained in more detail. All in all, the cons are nothing that a little creativity and the internet couldn't solve, and they are extremely minor. Conclusion: This is a spectacular headset for a number of different applications. It is comfortable with great sound quality and all the features would expect in a premium headset, plus a few more. It is wonderfully light weight and small. In the images I took I have it next to a two Euro piece, which is about the size of a quarter. For all the punch packed into this package, you can't go wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad sound on both endsI ordered a similar plantronics headset roughly two years ago, and had the same experience. Because everybody else loved it, I figured it'd be my phone. Now I have a new phone and Loved the fit and the functionality of it, so I gave it a try again. The same problems occured:1. My conversation partners feel I'm a little distant. They understand me OK but recognize it's a headset.2. I hear all high frequency noises like breathing, surrounding noises etc. very very loud.I compared directly to my old headset (on the same call) and incoming and outgoing sound was so much better. I compared directly the sound of my conversation partner drawing on his e-cigarette which sounded hardly like taking a breath on the old headset, but like operating a 19th century train engine on the Voyager. My conversation partner gave me the feedback that on the old one, I sounded like I'm regularly on the phone with him, with the Voyager I sound like I'm playing World of Warcraft, or make announcements in an airplane cabin. I moved it forth and back, tried all positions, but it didn't change.Other than that, I love the functions, the comfort (although it takes a while until you can figure out how it doesn't touch ones cheek), the charger, the connectivity, ... but that's worth nothing if the sound is bad. Nobody else experience this?I will need to return the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headset!A big fan of the range of this headset. Literally works all over my house which is kinda small but none of my previous headsets could do this. The quality of the sound is amazing and the setup was simple. It comes with different adaptors to attach it to your ear which is nice because the one that was originally installed on it hurt my ear. An all around great headset

Rated 5 out of 5 by from top quality productThe Voyager 3200 UC has served me well over a long period of travel for work My review for this item will be based purely on a Bluetooth headset used while driving As someone who works in radio and who is a bit of audio perfectionist this was my first concern with any headset such as this is of both quality of the speaker set on there and of the microphone I am pleased to report that both performed well in my testing on the road. The microphone provided a good clear quality to the call receiver many commenting that they simply did not know I was not using my phones own inbuilt microphone. While the speaker of the receiving headset is clear and of good quality allowing for you to hear the caller well even in my case over the sound of a loud car and motorway driving. My one major issues with the headset are that it can be tricky to pair with the iPhone in my case but once you have it figured out it becomes a simple task when entering the car for use The headset holds a very good charge with me on average only having to charge it about once a week even under what I would say is heavy use of 4-5 hours a day. The charging cradle is easy to use and charges the headset in a fairly quick time plus points for it being a standard micro USB to charge as this has allowed me to even charge from a battery bank or in the car while on the road for workOverall another high end and high-quality product from Plantronics as we have come to expect and I would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great call qualityI have been using the Voyager 3200 UC for a week and I can say that it does exactly what it says on the tin. Easy to connect with comfortable fit (once you find the right ear tip size) and good sound quality. I was slightly disappointed with the paint finish around the power button area since it chipped after a day of use but overall is good headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek design and functions wellI’ve found that this product works perfectly, the biggest fault I found is that the item is not intuitive to use and requires reading the user guide which is not an issue at all.
