Great Product Except.
Only thing I could recommend that they do better on this mouse is that for heavy gaming needs, make it a little more durable.

Mouse didn't last long
I bought this mouse on November 1st, 2016, and when it arrived I plugged it in and it worked great. It was very responsive and it fit my hand well. But today, December 21st, 2016, it stopped working. When I plug it in now, the mouse on my screen moves extremely slowly. I know the problem is the mouse and not my computer, because my other mouse and the touchpad work fine.
I contacted support and they said I could not return it or get a replacement since it has been more than 30 days since I received the mouse. I am very disappointed that it stopped working so quickly, and I won't be buying this brand again, even though I liked it when it was working.
One other downside to this mouse is that the blue lighting flickers on and off while you are using it, which can be very distracting when you see it out of the corner of your eye.

There's better mice for less money.
Feels cheap and hurts my hand during use. I'm not a "claw grip" person, I prefer to palm my mice. This one is pretty small and very light weight. Most of my weight is on my wrist instead of my forearm when using this mouse. The ROCCAT software is minimal, almost like a skin for the control panel settings.
