Poorly made - Caused multiple issues
Lets face it - DisplayPort to VGA is never the way you would prefer to go but sometimes there is no alternative. I don't know if its just this particular cable or if its the design but this cable caused ghosting and and issues with a multiple monitor setup including the display not waking after going to sleep.
This item has been relegated to my test/temporary use only pile.

Great Displayport - VGA cable
This removes the need for a separate adapter. It provides a great resolution. Is very well made and gives you 2.5 times the normal display cable length. If you need to connect a computer to a TV or a monitor that is a long distance from your computer this is the right cable for you.

Solid adapter cable
This cable works on everything I have tried it on. Mac or PC, Monitor or Projector. Resolution is good, and the connectors are well built and fit well. 15 feet is long enough for any boardroom presentation. I would only suggest getting a Velcro wrap for transportation.
