These are surprisingly simple devices that are easy to install. If you aren't a PC hardware installing type of person and want to just plug in and go, this is a good way to add that extra monitor.

The VGA Display through USB 3.0 works great. I can not say if you can reach the full 1920 x 1200 resolution.
