Maintenance Agreements entitle licensee to any software releases and priority technical support during the year of coverage. The maintenance agreement can be purchased up to 30 days after the original sale date and becomes effective (retroactive to the purchase date) immediately after purchase. Customers covered by a TechSmith Corporation maintenance agreement are entitled to the following services:
Receive new versions of the software and all maintenance releases at no additional charge. Customers are also eligible to participate in beta testing programs for new versions of the software, if desired.
TechSmith maintains a staff of knowledgeable Support Engineers to assist users with questions regarding the installation and operation of its software. Customers wishing to communicate via e-mail will be given priority technical support.
Customers are eligible to purchase additional licenses at any time. The charge is the difference between the current price of the number of copies already licensed and the quantity discounted price of the total number of licenses desired.
