Tripp Lite SmartPro Line Interactive UPS with enhanced LCD interface offers network-grade power protection for critical server, network and telecommunications equipment. Line Interactive Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) with built-in Auto-Voltage Regulation (AVR) actively corrects brownouts and overvoltages back to usable levels while maintaining a full battery charge in case of power failure. Tripp Lite's unique configuration excels in exceptionally poor-power environments with two separate levels of voltage boost to correct both slight undervoltages and severe brownout conditions. Interactive LCD interface reports UPS operating mode, detailed UPS and site-power data, plus enables a variety of UPS setup and configuration options. Super-fast switchover from line to battery power occurs within milliseconds to maintain operation of connected equipment without interruption or reboot. 96% line-mode efficiency offers reduced heat emissions and operating costs. Unfortunately, it was very loud with one fan constantly on 24/7 and another fan kicking in when the unit starts to warm-up after an hour of game play. This unit is more designed for an IT room not a bedroom. Couldn't sleep at night with the constant whirling fan. I had to send the unit back for a refund. But it is a great product. But not for my needs.

Lots of features and very informative display. Both units work fine and no problems at all for almost a year already. Pros: good price, time on battery, features, display, easy installation, rack-mountable Cons: none

We have experienced very few failures in 4 years. The devices provide a good LCD read-out and good network diagnostics. The rebate capability is excellent, which means we will stick with Tripp Lite long into the future.

It has more than enough capacity to keep multiple Dell Poweredge R510s online until backup generators come online. It was easy to set up -- I did it myself--, features a large, easy to read and understand display, and is of high quality. The fan is a little bit more rizzzzzy sounding than I would prefer, but the server rack is in a corner and it does not bother us. I would highly recommend this UPS.

Easy install, enough outlets, without IT staff at branch office even the office admin can understand the information displayed on the LED. This is our 3rd Tripp-Lite product, cost per spec beats the competition. 2 telco, 1 local 1 remote and our VMware environment with iSCAN SAN protected by Tripp-Lite product. We'll be back as our business grows and we add more branch offices.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJustin N from Excellent serviceWe've had it installed for just under a year, running a PA system with multiple high powered amps and a pair of radios. During that time, it has been trouble free, except for when we lost power to the shed for a week and weren't informed by the end user. As you can imagine, trying to keep everything running with no power, with amps that don't support an auto shutdown feature, the batteries in the UPS were drained beyond the point where they could be recharged by the unit. When I contacted Tripp Lite, they were quick to get us a new UPS shipped out under warranty. Based on my experience with them at work, I wouldn't hesitate to utilize their equipment at home as well.
