It is very economical, energy friendly, and is quite handy. The ONLY thing I do wish it had, was one more spot that was friendly for the right-angle plugs that are so popular.

I purchased one for our family room and we loved it so much and found it so useful that we bought 3 more for the bedrooms and office. To start with the price is pretty low for what you get, the cord is a great length, it has room for lots of plugs and the layout of the transformer plug location is such that it won't interfere with anything else you have plugged in. Our family especially likes the USB charging ports, they're so helpful to have. The key feature is the surge rating, which is really good so it keeps everything we plug into it safe, but on top of that they offer 20K of Insurance with the surge protector and that's just added peace of mind for us. This is the perfect all around surge protector, everyone should get a least two!
