Had to call someone to fix printer and it was due to the new part.
I do not recommend this product at all, the roller is too oily so you are unable to print. The paper comes out showing past prints. We had to call someone out to fix printer and it was due to this new part.

Easy to replace but no warning of failure
Printer was down for a few days as there was no warning of previous original kit was about to fail.

Easiest mainenance kit to instal
We use the ColorQube 8900 printer in our office and this maintenance kit does its job perfectly.
Easy to install and the printer lets you know in advance when it's time to order and have it replace.
Couldn't be more happier with this item.

This product maintains itself very well
We've enjoyed our new copier which we've had since May 2016. This cartridge lasts even longer than the old one. Very easy to replace in our Xerox ColorQube 8900.

ColorQube no longer made or supported
Xerox has terminated the solid ink product line, and I would guess they are running down remaining inventory of parts & supplies. My printer was running fine until I replaced the maintenance kit - required. Now the prints have smears and poor copy quality. The print quality routines are ineffective. CDW sent a replacement with no problem, but the problems remain. If you have one of these printers, don't spend money on ink or parts beyond your immediate needs. Still, high marks for CDW.

Xerox Maitenance Kit
They don't hold up to the time limit - I have 2 Xerox ColorQubes and both machines have locked up because there wasn't sufficient oil even though both of my machines showed at least 45% left available. I ordered the higher volume maintenance kit and hope it holds out or I have wasted our money

Color ink comes off the paper prints.
Ink comes off. CDW needs to have product in stock. Haven't got a complete and timely order in years.
