Belkin dramatically improves usability, reliability, and security with the addition of the new Belkin Secure DVI-I KVM to the Belkin Secure product family. The new Belkin Secure DVI-I KVM is equipped with new exciting features and benefits as well as all the advanced security features of the original, award-winning, Belkin Secure KVM.
The new Belkin Secure DVI-I KVM features a designated DCU Port. The Belkin Secure DCU is a remote controller which enables easy and intuitive KVM operation. With an easy and intuitive user interface, the Belkin Secure DCU enables browsing through available networks, with clear indication of the selected channel through illuminated numbers, as well as programmable text and colors. The Belkin Secure DCU's also allows extending the distance between the user the Belkin Secure KVM to up to 50 ft.
An additional feature available with the new Belkin Secure DVI-I KVM is the unique 15-year battery. The advanced anti-tamper long-life battery has an extremely low self-discharge rate which increases the life expectancy of the switch dramatically to over 15 years.
The new Belkin Secure DVI-I KVM offers superior security for government and high security agencies by providing true data path isolation between systems and networks. The new Belkin Secure DVI-I KVM is fully compatible with legacy (using Belkin smart cables) and new government systems, and is Common Criteria validated to EAL 4+ to assure the highest level of protection.
