Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great company and product We have about 300 PJ773s in use daily. We use the AirPrint feature to print from iPads which has been a big improvement over the previous bluetooth/wifi connections. There is practically no maintenance needed they are very durable and battery life with the PA-BT-002 is great. We used to ship ink, replace print heads and break buttons now we don't. Over the years Brother has provided excellent support could not recommend the the PJ773 or Brother more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible Printer We have about 10 of these and they are junk. First Pentax/Brother designed it so the cover has to be removed to pull the power. They also put the ID sticker of the unit on the side of the printer that will permanently mount to the wall. The drivers are CONSTANTLY going bad and the (same) driver must be uninstalled and reinstalled to get it working - But don't forget to unplug both the power and USB from the printer before you start the install or it will screw everything up and you will have to start all over again. Very poorly designed for such an expensive unit. Stay away from these.
