Quick tech specs
- This encompasses 2 Technicians handling of a large printer
- testing the printer and accessories to ensure these are not defective and printing configuration test page to verify printer functionality. The printer is then repacked into its original packing and then sent to the packing station for final packing and shipping. Distribution provides the toner cartridge for the test print.

Configuration - small printer (under 50 lb): Refer to SKU PRNT03 – SMALL PRINTER HARDWARE AND PRINT TEST PAGE
24 HOUR SLA (Upon Approval from CONFIG Mgmt): Add SKU DTNB24 – 24 HOUR SLA FEE.

Q: What if it is an ink jet printer?
A: We do not stock ink cartridges so the test page will not be performed unless the end user authorizes us to open the ink cartridges supplied with the printer
Q: What if it is a color laser jet printer?
A: We do not stock color toners so the test page will not be performed unless the end user authorizes us to open the toner supplied with the printer
Q: What are options that could be installed in a printer?
A: These could be additional memory, hard drive, fax/modem or network card.
Q: Why does it cost more for a large printer then a small printer?
A: Due to the weight of the large servers we require two Technicians to unpack and repack the printer.
