Wrong ink
I was so upset to have received a 221 and not 220. I was very careful to pick the right one and you guys shipped me the wrong one. Then it took two weeks to get to me and now I have to go to Office Depot and buy one. So infuriating.

Buying Canon ink from Canon always works!
After trying two of these bought from other suppliers (one of which was Amazon, I found they would not be accepted by the printer. The Canon cartridge worked right away.
