Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullOne of the absolute best layer 2 switches out on the market today. I have several of them deployed at multiple clients and they run great. Absolutely no issues. I even have them in a heavy manufacturing environment and they don't stop. Every so often I have to take them out of the rack and pour the oil out of them, but they keep going.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as AdvertisedThis is the type of quality that one would expect from Cisco. Great value for the money. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Great for a small network. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great 10/100 Switch for smaller networks! It has 24 x 10/100 ports + 2 x combo Gigabit SFP ports, however keep in mind that although it is 10/100, this is a high-end ENTERPRISE level switch. They are designed for a 24/7 working stable environment. It's a real workhorse and much more reliable than some of the consumer grade 1000mbps switches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullCan't go wrong with Cisco, I replaced some passive Dell switches with these before and I cannot stress how much of a difference it made as far as network performance is concerned. After all the network is the backbone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullGreat switches that run forever. However, you need to pay close attention to feature set when purchasing because there are huge differences between models. A $1600 Lan-lite 2960 is worlds apart from a full featured $4000 2960 with layer 3 routing and 10Gb uplinks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThese switches give you the best bang for the buck. There are plenty of other switches you can buy off the shelf that are cheaper but they will not last nearly as long or be as easy to manage as a Cisco switch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullwe run 30 of these devices across 24 different sites and they are amazing for the price we paid. I was afraid of the CLI as this was my first foray into Cisco but I am learning fast and really appreciating the time I save with the CLI over old GUIs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI bought three Catalyst 2960S-48TS-L switches and used the backplane cables to bridge them together. What can I say, Cisco = Rock solid reliability. Easy to use. I use the CNA and have VLAN'ed them and they're bullet proof. Wish I would of bought one or two PoE however.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullSolid work horse switch, maybe not as powerful as some of the higher models but more than capable of the job at hand. Very easy to use and reasonably priced for CISCO. I especially liek the industrial fanless C series for some of our more rugged areas of operations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullPurchased two Catalyst 2960-x switches in the summer of 2015. They were pretty good to setup, had one issue that tech support helped on, no issues in a year & a half. Their tech support was very helpful and nice. The Network Assistant software is very user friendly and helpful in getting things setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty Decent SwitchesThese are great for a home lab to study for CCNA. They are cheap you can find them all over but i would not reccommend for enterprise environment. Go for something a little more high end and stable. I have had issues with ports going bad on these.

It's hard to go wrong with them, and they have versions to cover almost any setup you need, 24 port 48 port, poe, gig uplinks, etc. Good stuff.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullWe use 2x Stacked X-Line 2960 switches for the core of smaller datacenters with a few hosts. They handle iSCSI SAN traffic and distribution to access layer. Solid switches, never issues - just expensive. But you get what you pay for!
