The AeraMax air purifier features a 4-stage hospital-type filtration that effectively cleans air in small spaces 100-200 square feet. The Smart Sensor detects air quality and automatically adjusts the fan speed to keep your air purified. A True HEPA filter with antimicrobial treatment safely removes 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including allergens, viruses, and cigarette smoke. Carbon filter removes odors. The air purifier also includes the Aera+ mode for allergy and cold/flu seasons and features ultra-quiet operation.

I kept trying to troubleshoot but it was inherently broken. Maybe other ones do not do this but I was the unlucky one. Proceed with caution,.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New to airpurifers i bought 2 of these for 2 bedrooms in my home. i really can see the difference in the air quality in the room. when the on level 1 item is quite however when on higher levels it did keep me awake. i wish the light can be turned off when sleeping also. overall happy with my purchase and looking for changes in air quality

This product has revolutionalized the way I take care of myself. I didn't realize how bad the air quality is in my apartment until I turned this air purifier "on". The indicator light turned red after 5 - 10 minutes of it being on. I plan to use this every day to clean the air in my bedroom and will continue using their products. I am beyond pleased with this purchase and an extremely happy customer. It's hard to find a product that performs well and looks good these days! I found both of these qualities with the Fellowes - Aera Max - Air purifier. Thank you!

It is light quiet and well built as well as nice to look at and doesn't take up much room. I would highly recommend it to others that live in small quarters as I do. I have three cats and I do not smoke, and there are lots of smokers nearby. Put it on auto and we are all enjoying the clean air now. My friend bought one for 100.00 at Costco and she wanted to know where I bought it. I think I got a much better deal. Would definitely recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best purchase ever I have 2 cats and a smoker also and the air in my small 3 apartment was so bad that I was not inviting my friends over because of the smells in my app. When I received my Aeramax 100 air purifier I was so excited to see if it would work. Once I plugged it and started the purifier I was impress within 1 hour the apartment was smelling fresh without the cat orders and cigaret smoke. I love this product and recommend it for everyone. GREAT JOB ! Thank you !

The living room and dining room only have an archway between them the 300 is in the archway. My husband refuses to give up his smoking and I am highly allergic. I don't know how I would have survived this 3 month imprisonment with out them .Even with them it has been rough.

Works great and I love the indicator that tells me the quality of the air in the room, as well as the auto setting that sets the fan to work as much or as little as needed based on the quality of the air in the room.

Compared to the last unit (that failed ) it is extremely quiet. Please note: this unit was purchased in Ontario, Canada therefore price is in CDN dollars also there is no facility to enter Canadian provinces so we have"picked" the nearest US state (New York) thank you Gary Dalby

Ok, first of all I've been needing an air purifier for quit some time now, and recently I've come down with pneumonia, so It's needed badly now. I have a Parrot, and she lives in the same room as me. Now I know it's not healthy, but I really have no other choice. So I ordered the AeraMax 100, and it has helped drastically! I love how it automatically senses the air pollution and will turn up the fans as needed. I really can smell the air purer, and it just feels cleaner to me. I haven't had to clean (change) the filters yet but I've opened it up, and it really seems simple to do. It's really easy to find the product numbers, and the ease of use is a plus. I really recommend this product to anybody looking to have their air purer. Ok to wrap it up: It works great, It's simple to use, and the filters are a piece of cake to change.

I want wife to ask her boss if she can bring one to work and use it around her clients when styling their hair. There's a lot of chemicals in those salons, and therefore would like to purchase one for her if the company will permit her to bring one to work.

I pondered over several products due to my allergies and dust in my home. Since having this product I have noticed a dramatic change in my allergy symptoms and even the amount of fallen dust. Other smells have also been lessened with this product. I bought two, one for my living room and one for the bedroom. No regrets at all for the value and quality.

I wasn't sure if the purifier would work after all this...but it did beautifully! I finally had to purchase another one, but I can't tell you how great it was to get the smoke smell out of my sinuses after being in the house salvaging things. Wouldn't think of buying anything else!

I just ordered this off Amazon the other day :) It worked right out of the box, and I noticed a difference in my air after a few hours on the high setting. Normally after fully cleaning and dusting the room, within a week everything is covered in a layer of dust. I can only imagine how much of that I'm breathing in before it settles. I run this unit during the day and the air always clear and my dust problems have disappeared.

Since using the Aeramax 100 air purifier, my room smells fresh, equivalent to a sunny spring day! It is very quiet, and when it does sound its soothing to listen to. Very great Christmas Gift!

I have to have it on all the time, which is fine, but im not sure if its suppose to make the room hot. If feels like a heater but sounds like a fan. I am confused...is anyone else having this issue?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love me ... love my cat when my boyfriend moved in with me almost 6 years ago he knew that I owned a cat .... a lovable but long-haired cat that sheds .... the boyfriend is allergic to cats ..... he has spent a lot of money on allergy medicine over the past 5 years .... since I brought this air purifier into our home, he has been able to breathe so much easier .... the sneezing fits are rare and he doesn't need to take his medication as often .... I would so recommend this to anyone who wants to own a pet but has allergies .....

Haven't had any chance to see anything longterm yet, but so far it's been good. The fan on auto seems to run much more than the aeromax 190 which we have in our living room.

About 5 months ago I notice Mold/Mildew (Don't Know The Difference) in my studio home, even after cleaning it came back so I decided to find a dehumidifier (Thinking moisture was the cause) and the Mold/Mildew still came back so I decided to buy an air purifier. After online searching, I purchase the AeraMax 100. I cleaned my studio apartment and turned ON my AeraMax 100...After 1 month using the AeraMax 100, the Mold/Mildew didn't come back...3 months later still nothing :) So I credit the removal of the Mold/Mildew to AeraMax 100 --- I liked the AeraMax because it was inexpensive and it had some great AUTO functions. The Best one is "Auto-detecting technology senses and purifies the air". since I have Anosmia this is GREAT! ;) LOL when I have flatulence I can't smell them but AeraMax 100 can, it goes RED on me :)) Inexpensive and it works great! G
