A message popped up saying Counterfeit Cartridge Advisory. HP 61 Black If these cartridges are newly installed and were sold to you as new ,original HP cartridges contact the store where they were purchased. I tried to find how to contact HP by phone or email but was not successful. Hope this message gets to the right person and I am either credited the money back.

The real HP capacity is better than stated. Whereas aftermarket refills or generics often ran out suddenly and always too soon! Have not had any surprises with these! So I’m a convert - I’m back to using authentic/genuine HP Ink cartridges. My days dabbled in the aftermarket dark-side thinking I was so smart & saving $$ over - As it turned out in the long run the others cost me more! Very happy I ordered these real HP Ink cartridges again.

An investigation was supposed to be done, but I have had no further contact from this company and still no toner. It's hard to work from home when you can't print anything and I can't afford to repurchase at this time.
