KEMP Basic Support - extended service agreement - 3 years

Basic support provides 10 x 5 telephone and email support, Monday through Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 local time, business days. Hardware replacement is within two weeks of KEMP receiving the suspect unit.
