Basic support provides 10 x 5 telephone and email support, Monday through Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 local time, business days. Hardware replacement is within two weeks of KEMP receiving the suspect unit.

Premium support provides 24 x 7 support and hardware replacement in advance. From diagnosis, a replacement unit will ship the next business day.
