Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2 requires a server license for each management server and a Management License ("ML") for each managed Operating System Environment (OSE). The Configuration Manager 2007 R2 Server ML is offered in a Client Edition for management of client and other OSEs not running server operating systems.
