With Nitro's updated SAP, customers can now complement and protect their volume licenses with unlimited technical support and free major and minor upgrades for a period of one year. Pricing for the program couldn't be more straightforward - it's simply calculated as a straight percentage of the original purchase amount. The SAP comprises both Expert Support and Upgrade Assurance. While all licenses of Nitro PDF software come with 30 days of free support, beyond that period, the Expert Support Plan conveniently alleviates one-at-a-time, more costly support case purchases by providing unlimited, direct email access to the Nitro support team for a 12-month period. On the other hand, Upgrade Assurance ensures that customers receive all major and minor upgrades free of charge during a period of one year. Without Upgrade Assurance the normal cost of upgrades is approximately 40% of the product's current retail price.
