Broken out of the box
I received this new a few days ago and when I went to set it up the hinge you see in the picture disintegrated. It is very thin plastic that covers the wires and it just fell apart. I can still use it but I have to be extra careful or I could accidentally cut the wires. Otherwise it works fine, as expected.

D100 is a hoot!
I work out of my home office. The reach of the D100 covers my entire property. I can skate out to the coffee pot without missing a beat and even standing in front of the running microwave (similar RF band does not affect communications. Sound quality (both inbound and outbound) is crystal clear. No hesitation in firmly recommending this to others.

works good!
I have been using this product for a couple of years now in association with Dragon Dictate. This is actually my 2nd one my 1st one died, Plantronics told me that it was due to the fact that I always left it plugged in to my USB hub. They sold me a replacement at a discounted price and the 2nd one, the one I am currently using, works perfect.

Works Perfectly, Process not so much
I had ordered this as an out of warranty replacement for the one that broke. It works perfectly. The problem is the process to get it replaced was cumbersome and confusing to say the least. Frustrating.

Overall great performer
Fantastic headset. Only thing I would like to see in the future would be a little visual indicator (say red light on the mic to indicate when on mute. Otherwise perfect device.

Love it!
The adapter is cool. It gets connected quickly and voice clarity is good. The option to plug it and keep the rest of the dongle upright on the laptop is cool.
