All of the vital amenities without overkill. As long as it stands the test of time and heavy use, I'll be happy. My boss now wants one (or two!)

Rated 5 out of 5 byunixguru from One of the best headsets I've ever ownedThis is the second Plantronics headset I've owned (previously a Voyager HD UC). I really like the UC features for use with Skype, MagicJack, andthe softphones at work. If that weren't enough the sound quality and most of all the noise cancelling are just the best. I have worked in noisy data center environments with these headsets and been able to hear and most important be heard through the background noise.

Rated 5 out of 5 bydtwaling from 8yrs using Voyager series and still impressed...I started with the Voyager Pro UC 8 years ago, then eventually upgraded to the Voyager Legend (I've also been using a CS540 with my VoIP phone for work for about the same time, and Plantronics has yet to disappoint. The The Voyager Legend has been a SOLID performer in connectivity and sound quality (both directions).The only times I've had to replace my headset was when one was lost and another broke ...quickly stuffed it in my back pocket (with mic-boom out) to take care of something, then promptly forgot and sat on it - such a sad moment for me. Until recently that is; my last headset actually had an odd issue that occurred out of the blue, and it wouldn't even connect to my PC via USB so there was no way to update/reset the firmware either. Well, I recalled good experience a few years ago with Plantronics support regarding a couple devices for folks at another office, so I was confident things would work out. And, AGAIN the Plantronics team met and exceeded expectation - they were efficient and knowledgeable (and understanding from an end-user perspective), we got to a determination on quickly, and my replacement was shipped next-day as soon as they received the defunct device. Yes, I had to pay to mail it, but it was worth well more than the tiny $3 postage fee to have a no-hassle support process and not have to *purchase a replacement.)

Rated 5 out of 5 byRhino87 from Keeps losing connection to my iPhone!Randomly, this Voyager will either lose connection or become invisible to my iPhone. This happens in the middle of calls, when initiating calls and when listening to music, etc. Very ANNOYING!!!

The most recent generation of headset, the Voyager Legend has been one of remarkable standing, like no other I have ever seen and trust me I have seen more than the average person. The Voyager Legend is what I would call a smart headset, as it talks to you, it gives you information the caller, calling you or texting you, it will also allow you to text via voice. The overall take on this headset is way way up there, compare to others on the market today.

Rated 5 out of 5 byMelissa C from Issues connecting to PCI often have issues with the headset connecting to my PC. The blue light will try on and flash a couple times then turn off and the phone will not connect. I have tried different USB ports on my laptop and have the same issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 byStang from Great HeadsetI purchased this about 3 years ago and use it daily. I bought this because of the talk time of 7 hours. I hasn't disappointed me at all. I am on the phone constantly for my job and at time for extended periods of time. Only critique is when I am in a call I don't get much warning when the battery is getting low before the headset shuts off. It has been very comfortable to wear. I put it on when I leave for work and take it off when I get home.

The Bluetooth USB adapter is an excellent replacement for the wired headset provided by my company. I can wear the unit all day long paired to my computer with the dongle. If my cellphone rings I can answer it without having to pair it again. The battery will last a good Five hours on conference calls and charges quickly. I have recommended the Legend to many of my colleagues since I stated using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDeiserooster from Could not live without itPurchased a Voyager Legend about eighteen months ago from an online shop. Because of the cost it is difficult to find a stockist here. Online shops tended to be expensive. Used it in a tool truck great for privacy, good noise reduction and long battery life. Then it just died and I was lost without it! I bought another and while setting preferences with Plantronics My Head set updater I updated the firmware to the newest version. Then I updated the old defunct head set and hey presto it came back to life and functioned better than ever before. Now its paired with my laptop for Skype and I now just hate a desk phone more than ever before because of the handset.Moral of the story keep firmware up to date.........you wouldn't read last years newspaper would you?
