Tripp Lite U222-004 is an inexpensive way to expand the number of available computer USB ports. It's compact design with built-in cable is perfect for travel, fitting easily into a laptop bag pocket. Supports USB 2.0 data transfer rates up to 480 Mbps and is backward compatible with USB 1.1. Bus powered through the computers USB port... no external power required, but includes a Micro B port for an additional connection to the computer in case more power is needed.

It's small, packable in that the connector cord wraps around the body which has a few grooved sections to secure the endpiece, and easy to use. Connect & use. Fast transfers and retrievals.

Rated 5 out of 5 byEric from cable to thin to hold datathe hub is light and feels cheap, the USB cable to pc is thin and I recommend using it for data transfers only, as it doesn't have enough power or ability to power yup barcode scanners and any device that will need USB power for usage

It is small and not a bulky one. i would like to have a longer cord that maybe you could wrap around the main part or that would retract. I don't like having everything all bunched up at my laptop. it is to many cords right by it.
