Shouldn't have broken in the first place
I purchased this replacement drum kit because the one originally installed in my Xerox 3335 broke after being in service for about 2 months. When my office manager attempted to get it replaced under warranty, she was told that it was considered to be user damaged. Apparently it's easily damaged by not being extra careful when reloading the paper tray. This part should not have been designed to be so fragile in the first place. Yes, the new one works, but I'm still very unhappy with Xerox over this matter.

Works as expected
Nothing flashy about a drum kit. It works as expected, and that's all I could ask for.
