Was the easiest warranty replacement process I've never been through.. Love the product and now recommend them because of great customer service

The worst lick it took was when one of the girls took her new toy and basically shredded the screen protector with the tip of it. I just knew that my iPad was ruined but when I took it out of the case to survey the damage it was still in pristine condition. I have to replace the shell but I don't have to replace my iPad. Thank you Otterbox for making an exceptional product.

After working for one of the major cell carriers for years I had seen exactly what could happen to a portable device without anOtterbox.Having Down Syndrome isn't easy, and Jack would get frustrated with his iPad and invariably chuck it off of his high chair. It got to the point where my hardwood floors are dinged and dented from that otterbox wrapped iPad getting bashed into them. You thought you got mad at slow internet speeds!Jack is 6 1/2 now. He knows his letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and is really figuring out how to read independently. He just graduated kindergarten and is looking forward to first grade adventures. I had to buy him a new iPad, as that old trusty version 1 just couldn't upgrade the IOS anymore. With it came a new Otterbox defender, ready for service!I just hope the floors can take it!
