Scope of Contract: This agreement includes a wide range of Apple and Lenovo end-user computing devices and related services, as well as selected peripheral products and accessories. This agreement also includes CDW — and partner — related professional services.

Agreement Term: Valid from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2033
Pricing Structure: Guaranteed minimum percentage discount off MSRP.

Scope of Contract: This agreement provides access to CDW’s full software catalogue, including leading solutions from Microsoft, Adobe and a wide range of other software solutions. It also includes CDW — and partner — related professional services to support licencing, deployment and ongoing management.

Agreement Term: Valid until February 27, 2031, with an option to extend the term for up to 3 additional years.
Pricing Structure: Guaranteed minimum percentage discount off MSRP.

Networking Products & Related Services
Scope of Contract: This agreement includes a comprehensive selection of the latest physical and virtual networking products, software license subscriptions, and related professional services. Key offerings include:

CDW-HELD OECM AGREEMENT #2023-420
IT Recruitment and Staffing Services
Scope of Contract: This agreement provides access to qualified IT professionals through both permanent and temporary staffing services.
- Category C: IT Permanent and Temporary Staffing Services.
Agreement Term: Valid until December 13, 2028, with an optional extension of 2 years.
Pricing Structure:
- Permanent placements: Fixed percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary.
- Temporary placements: Mark-up percentage applied to hourly rates.
CDW-HELD OECM AGREEMENT #2016-259
IT Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing
Scope of Contract: This agreement provides a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity assessment services designed to help organizations identify, test and mitigate IT vulnerabilities.
- Category A: Vulnerability Assessment Services
External and internal assessments to identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities across IT assets, resources and network infrastructure. - Category B: Penetration Testing Services
Simulated external and internal cyberattacks to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures by attempting to breach and exploit systems. - Category C: Optional Resources
Additional services including cloud assessment and penetration testing, security awareness training, system hardening assessments and threat risk assessments.
Agreement Term: Valid until January 30, 2027.
Pricing Structure: Maximum net rate per UOM (hourly/ IP address).
