This outdoor-rated lens protector screws on the front part of AXIS F2105-RE Sensor Unit. It's highly recommended to protect the sensor lens when AXIS F2105-RE is installed in harsh environments such as on coastlines, hot places with direct sun exposure on the sensor, or if the sensor may be subject to strong detergents.
