The wireless point-to-multipoint Ethernet extender access point enables you to extend a wireless Ethernet network 6 miles away without the hassle and expense of laying cable.
To set up a point-to-multipoint network, use one access point with up to 4 subscriber units. The access point is waterproof, weatherproof, and comes in an IP55-rated enclosure.
No power worries. The access point is PoE powered so you don't need a nearby power outlet.
Use wireless extension in any number of applications. In enterprise networks, use it to extend the network to adjacent buildings without trenching fiber. For oil/gas and utility applications, wireless extension can be used for security and surveillance; SCADA, and remote monitoring and control of sensors.
