Bad software
The label printer Brother TD-4420DN is among the worst equipment I have purchased in recent years (and I purchase a lot of hardware regularly). I use Windows and Mac regularly. According to datasheet compatible macOS 10.14. Installation never worked! Not even on a Mac with newly installed macOS 10.14. Never detected the device via USB. Unable to install drivers. Tried then on newly installed Windows 10. No luck in this case either. There is always something that doesn't work. Very bad software on both macOS and Windows. At the software level they are a generation behind their competitors. Absolutely to be avoided.

Eats stickers.
It looks nice but if you rip it slightly wrong, it eats the stickers, rips them in half, and then you gotta take it apart to clear it.
