Came as advertised and pretty much on time
It's an ink cartridge, and although I haven't installed it yet, I am reasonably sure it will work. Pricey, but that's their business model.

Price WAY too high for ink cartridges
Ink runs our quickly even with XXL size. I print 1-2 times a week--few pages each time. The old cartridges had a clear window to see how much ink is left..now the printer gives a picture showing levels of each cartridge. What does it mean when an exclamation point appears above the level. Is it completely out? You want us to order more cartridges and replace it BEFORE ink is gone? I dislike this feature a LOT! Put a clear window in!
Also EXTREME waste of money sending us packs of photo paper! I must have 20 packs of 4x6, 5x5, and letter size. I rarely print photos. It’s a marketing strategy--“Print more pix...then I’ll be forced to buy more cartridges.
The phone rep said “It’s automatic that these photo quality paper are put in with each ink order.” What a WASTE! But the phone reps say that they have no control. In America we waste a LOT. Please stop the automatic addition photo paper. Yes it’s ‘FREE” but they sit on my book shelves collecting dust!

Cannon inks have been excellent
I have had bad experiences trying to find the inks I needed on Cannon's website. This time I was searching for the ink I needed and an ad from 4 something popped up. I was very suspicious so I contacted them and they indicated that they were a part of Cannon Corp.
I ordered the ink I needed and when it arrived the paper with it indicated that they had refilled a Cannon tank

Speedy delivery
Received the "low ink" message right in the middle of printing out my term paper over 21 pages long. I ordered the ink tank and received it three days later. My term paper did print out with what was left in the old tank, but its nice to know that I can replace them that quickly. Also, the XXL tanks are the only way to go!!!

Blew ink all over hands and a bit on the rug !!!
Hello,
I've had inkjet printers for 20 or 25 years and this is the first new cartridge I've come across that acted like it was under pressure. I took off the white plastic and then the orange plastic piece and the ink spurted out, still haven't gotten it completely off my hands, which caught most of the ink. Could you advise me about how to get the few drops out of the carpet (pix attached?
I wiped down the cartridge with a paper towel and it doesn't seem to be leaking anywhere so I went ahead and installed it because my black cartridge was used up.
I love this printer (TS9120), and this won't stop me from using it and recommending it to others.

Over priced ink and forced use
Connecting to my Imac worked well. I returned an HP because of probelms.
The ink is expensive. Your design prevents using alternative suppliers.
Exclusive printing in black still provokes aggrevating signals regarding using color.

I rarely print, but can no longer get the type of ink I need locally. After checking Canon website, I decided to order larger amount thinking I wouldn't have to order as frequently. So ink came next day, great, then I checked expiration date. Ink is no good after Nov. 2020. I ordered toward end of July, so the ink will be out of date long before I would actually use all of it.

XXL 281 pixma ink
When purchasing ink, I always buy the xxl size because it lasts a long time. I have another brand printer for work that constantly seems to need ink. The Canon xxl lasts at least three times as long.
