Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sitting is the new smoking...This base is terrific. Assembled with my existing desktop relatively easily. Better than just a workstation if you use paper at all, because you can stand and write at your desk as well. I use this every day, goes up and down very easily, but if you pile stuff on your desk it can get a bit heavy. This is a very good price-point alternative if you already have a desk that you can convert. Getting healthier already!
