No Regrets, Great Flexibility
I'm very pleased with this flexible workstation. I like that the monitor arm moves independently of the keypad arm. It is perfect when I want to stand to work. I wasn't as pleased with the sitting position: The keyboard platform doesn't really come all the way down on to the desktop and the monitor was too close to me. So when I want to sit down, I swing the Ergotron arms to the side, place my wireless keyboard on my desk and use the existing desk monitor I had. It's actually pretty convenient to switch from standing to sitting this way. I have no regrets after purchasing this item.

Love it
I have a similar set up at my office which I love. At home I wanted to put a standing/seated desk that could be folded out of the way in a big walk-in closet. The support desk looked at my pictures and measurements and said it would work AND they were right. Easy enough to put together, love it
