Awful experience
Awful experience. The website does not work and after inputting my printer it suggested the wrong replacement cartridges. Getting it returned is so frustrating because the website does not work, the chat function does not work, and my account does not reflect the returns I sent via FedEx. I’m basically stuck with products I cannot use and that I paid over $100 for.
