Communicate With Your Customers
No issues with the product. This review may not make it since it goes to a more concerning issue with HP and if not included, I hope at least they read it.
Pre-COVID, if I can use that as a marker, I could receive the toner cartridges the next business day. Then into the COVID era it went to two days. When I ordered new toner cartridges last month and when checking out during that purchase I was informed that the time was now up to 7 days. Actually, on the seventh day I was informed it may now be the eight day. I can work with information, not surprises. Just be upfront with changes in delivery times prior to purchasing so I can plan purchases accordingly.
