Sucky Return Policy
It was the wrong item and HP won't allow a return. It is not for a large print head, even though it says it is.

Ordered off their web site received expired and dryed up cartridges.
Impossible to get a refund took 8 weeks.

Printhead went out a month later
Bought this on 6/15. It went out again on 7/29. HP wont accept the serial number even though it says it is still in warranty. Major speed bump, we really need to print. Would not recommend the plotter we're using.

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed both products sent to me were unusable in my HP SMART TANK 7602. I reached out by phone, by email, have had no response back. I want to return these items but am unable to make it happen through your AI phone tree and have requested you get back to me in some way but this is the first opportunity given me to try to return the wrong products and request a refund. I was able to get on-line and find the print heads I needed. Who would have guessed that the maker of my printer would be the wrong place to go to order print heads?
