printer problems
Every time I do a scan to print, I have to put in a code, when I lost the code you mailed me a new one. If I use that code it will not accept it.
Also I have printer problems, I have to turn the printer ooff and on to make it work

Defective ink cartridge
The ink cartridge came defective. It messed up the printer printhead. I have spent hours trying to get a live person to help me with this situation.

Good product. Good price.
HP ink cartridges are always top of the line. Since I live in a small town I tried to buy local. The price was $115.00. On the HP web site the price was about $75.00. So the web site is where I bought mine.

This is a large ink cartridge. I've heard horror stories about knock-off brands and I won't trust them. This official HP cartridge replacement works like a charm. Thanks.
