The HPE D6020 can be used not only as a standalone Direct Attach Enclosure, but can also be used for expansion in storage applications. The D6020 can be directly connected to ProLiant Gen8 and Gen9 servers using the Smart Array P441, and the P841 Controllers using a standard 2M SAS cable.
