When they're on, I honestly forget they're there.The ACN is adequate for my work space, however I can't attest to how good they are in a noisier space.Audio quality is excellent and the voice quality from those on the other has garnered good feedback.I would recommend a high quality USB extension for the receiver, especially if you're going to be placing it around anything that might cause interference or block line of sight.

Rated 5 out of 5 byEdson O. from nullI work in a open office environment, which for me is great, but some people has no control on their voice volume and sometimes it is hard to listen to the calls.Problem solved after I got this headset.The mobility is also great, before, I need to keep limit myself to the size of the cord, now I am free to walk around the office, go to people desks for quick questions during the call.Great product, Totally recommend!!

Rated 5 out of 5 byJason N from nullThe good:* headset sound is good quality* microphone sound is good (other people say they can hear me clearly)The bad:* Occasional digitized sound which is annoying* Wireless range is less than half indicated (expect 30-40 feet)* Jabra Link 370 doesn't work well with my HP laptop and Samsung 9 smartphone. For example, PC connection will override smartphone while I'm on the phone sometimes, meaning I lose my call on the headset, probably because the dongle also picks up the HP laptop internal microphone as an audio source. No fix yet. Annoying.* Headphone comfort is ok - there is a slight pressure feeling against the ears after 30 minutes which means you'll need to remove it several times from your ear during the day to release the pressure.
