Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullLove the Jabra I use for my personal phone so I went straight to them for office headsets. Even easier to set-up than my home headset! Worked with our ancient Nortel phones & now works with new Polycom. Customer service is amazing too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullProduct works great with both Dragon 15 and the voice recognition in Windows 10. It is the best of several mics I have tested. Range is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThe product is a good product. Working in a busy phone traffic office, it keeps me from getting cramps in my neck holding the phone up to to my ear all the time. It does malfunction a lot. I will click headset to pick up phone and start to dial a number and it will hang up. This will happen 2 or 3 times in a row. I will pick it up to answer the phone and it will just hang back up on the customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullAlthough I have tried adjusting the microphone settings multiple times, I have been unable to use the device since no one can ever hear me. I am very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullOverall, the Jabra Pro 9300 is an excellent headset. The audio quality is top notch and the long battery allows you to go at least an entire day on a single charge. The ability to answer a call by simply taking it off the base stand is really nice. The one area of improvement would be to power the base stand via USB instead of a dedicated power supply - this would make it easier to bring the stand and headset with you when you need to travel to another location.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI like the Jabra Pro 900 series. It's relatively comfortable to use as an earpiece and the sound quality on my end and for callers is excellent!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullOverall, I am pleased with the phone headset. However, the lifter arm never worked correctly (after ending the call, the lifter arm would lie down, but never replace the handset on the button. And now after being in use for less than six months, the lifter arm has malfunctioned completely to the point that I ripped it off and just pick up the receiver all by myself now. That method works great!
