This is a very basic mouse (wired, no side buttons, loud, etc) but it is good for simple use IF you buy it on sale. I would not recommend buying it for the standard price because you can pay slightly more to receive a mouse with more features (lights, size grip, side buttons, etc.). Overall, does the job.

An affordably priced mouse that is fine for office
This mouse (part 4Y50R20863) is fine for typical office work (spreadsheets, word processing, etc...), but probably not the best for playing games. The buttons are not separate from the body, so the clicking motion can be a little bit on the stiffer side. The shape is okay in that the "hump" is closer toward the end / bottom of the mouse rather than the middle (still comfortable). Very affordable. The weight seems to be good too - not too light nor too heavy. This mouse is identical to the one which came with my Lenovo ThinkStation. There is another USB wired Lenovo retail mouse (part GX30M39704) which looks the same as this one, but that retail one has an orange wheel, where as this one has a red wheel.

Good mouse, well built, just bare necessities. I'd be glad if the mouse wire had better quality (no problem with the cord, it just look not so good, maybe winding with tread to make the wire getting less tangled?

Very good basic mouse!
I needed a very good basic mouse to replace my old mouse which had a broken middle click scroll wheel, and the scroll wheel itself was barely functional anymore making it hard to use my favorite 3d modelling software. This mouse is lightweight and it functions well allowing my to use my middle click in my 3d modelling software again. It doesn't have any fancy bells or whistles but it doesn't need any either.

For those who misplace wireless mouse
I normally use a wireless mouse but keep misplacing it, so I chose the wired mouse. I've been happy with it although I wish the cord was attached on the other end.
