Touch functionality lacking
The monitor definition is great. I can't get it to work with my windows machine, the one recommended by Lenovo.... So, a portion of the functionality is lacking and very hard to troubleshoot.

Would not reccommend.
Original ThinkCentre TIO22Gen4 I ordered and received didn't work, so I was sent a replacement, but the replacement also doesn't work. I think maybe there is something wrong with the disk/driver? I'm not sure, but it doesn't work and I'm wary of . Hoping to hear about my return request soon.

Misplaced Items with NO ETA!!
I wouldn't know what it's like because I haven't even received my power cord yet so I can't even try and it. Terrible customer service that hasn't let me know of anything going on.
