It's sleek and lightweight, but plan ahead. You will have to wait for it to be shipped--it's not available retail. Most often, when I need something like this, it's because I left home without my charger, and I end up at a big box store getting an off-brand one, heavier but instantly available.

Hard to review a power adapter but here are the details. You plug it in and voila....it charges your laptop! Pretty cool eh? Light weight and relatively small form factor. I do like the cable "wrap" feature so it doesn't become a huge tangle in your backpack.

Well designed... quite compact and works as expected. I also appreciate how easily the cord wraps and snaps around the adapter. I went one extra step and bought a 12" AC cord, hoping I won't need the longer AC cord that was supplied with the adapter. The shorter AC cord keeps with the theme of small & light for travel.

The charger is fine. The process to obtain it was very poor. I paid for expedited shipping and handling and it took more than a couple of weeks. I was even told that it could be up to one month when I discovered I could have obtained it cheaper and in 2 days somewhere else.

I bought this adapter because the ones I had been using (not Lenovo adapters, supplied by my company) were very bulky and after using for some time I would get an error that they were not compatible with my laptop. I have not had any issues with the Lenovo adapter and I love that it is so compact! I can easily put it in my purse with my laptop - it takes up much less space. I'd recommend this adapter to my co-workers - it is definitely worth the money.

Very nice AC adapter
We got these extra AC power adapters for our Nanos and X1 Carbon. They are really nice in that they are so small and easy to use. The form factor is really small compared to most AC adapters and it is a USB Type C 65Watt. It works for both of our computer types and this is also convenient.

Physical Design is AWFUL.
It works to supply power to the computer - BUT the physical form is terrible. It is advertised as "slim" but it is short and fat, making it difficult to find a home in a backpack. The wrap around power cord storage does not work after a few uses; it unwraps in storage. And having the power cord wrap around makes the bundle fatter, making it more difficult to store. Having a 3 foot 110 V cord is also a bother. I have swapped that out for a 6 foot 110 cord, which lets me place the Adapter next to my computer, and not be dangling in mid air, half way between the wall plug and the computer.

A basic charger with a typical design flaw
There's not much to say about it, as it's just a charger and it does its job of charging devices. The compact design is nice and the red cable clip is a nice touch. It's impossible to know how well-built it is without opening it up, so I just hope it lasts, but at least it's fairly cheap, especially when purchased with the computer during the Black Friday pricing. The main issue I have with it is that USB plugs are somewhat fragile, and this is a straight plug that will stick out from the side of the computer, an issue exacerbated by the fact many Lenovo laptops have both USB-C ports on the same side. So there's a decent risk of the connector and/or port breaking, and if the connector breaks, the power supply brick, which is where most of the cost is (not to mention the resulting waste), has to be replaced, since the USB cable is permanently hardwired into it.
They could (and should) have made it modular, made the connector right-angled (or at least have that as an option), or even made it magnetic. I ended up buying some right-angle adapters (CC) to go between the computer and the charger, which seems to work well, still charges fast, keeps the cord from sticking straight out and doing a u-turn since the ports are often on the opposite side of the outlet, and will hopefully result in the adapter breaking instead of the charger if something happens, but it's annoying to have to spend the money on them and the time researching them due to Lenovo's poor design. To be fair, most, if not all, brick chargers are like this, but that doesn't make it any less stupid of a design and doesn't excuse them for not improving it, and a mediocre design deserves a mediocre rating.

Does not pass through the Lenovo USB-C 7-in-1 Hub.
This is maybe 80% smaller than the stock power supply that came with my X1 Gen 4 Thinkpad. Out of the box the DC cord is over stressed where it exits the hard plastic strain relief. The strain relief should be soft plastic. The DC cord is way to stiff for the amount of flexing it needs to do and you end up with a "spring" rather than a cord which further stresses the cord at the strain relief.
This does not pass power through the Lenovo USB-C 7-in-1 Hub, Part Number 4X90V55523. So forget powering your X1 Gen 4 using the hub with an external monitor.
Get this if you absolutely must save a few square centimeters in your backpack, it is a nice design but made with cheap stiff parts that should be flexible. Buy a Lenovo stock power supply if you want reliability and interoperability.

Perfect replacement charger for Lenovo X1 Thinkpad
When I misplaced my original laptop charger I needed a replacement quickly. This charger has worked perfectly for my x1 thinkpad and even if I find the original I will still use this one. This charger is compact and easy to slide into my briefcase so I bring it with me any time I travel. The cord is also pretty long so if the outlet is farther away I can still reach it.

Fits my Lenovo ThinkPad T15 with no problem, despite not being specifically noted as compatible in the website description. Also appreciate the slim design and light weight for when I take the laptop on the road.

A great light weight charger with a 6' cord!
I am completely satisfied with the ThinkPad 65W Slim AC Adapter after using it for a month.
I tried to find out the length of the cord but it was not listed anywhere and tech support didn't have an answer. So I took the chance and purchased and was pleasantly surprised that it is 6' long giving me ample length! Quick charging, small and light weight, great for traveling!

My favorite X1 USB-C power adapter
My favorite travel AC adapter for the X1 Carbon. The charger is lightweight and charges my laptop quickly! It can also be used to fast charge other USB-C devices like an iPad and iPhone 15.

Great small charger for travel
Small compact charger that is excellent if you travel a lot and want something that is not as bulky. I got this and had both the Lenovo Yoga 9 with the bigger battery that requires the 100W charger and another X1 laptop that runs with the 65 watt. Even though this is the 65W it was able to charge the bigger battery Yoga 9. Slower charging and in the conservation mode it remains at 77% charge instead of 85% as it does with the more powerful charger, but I am able to run the laptop with an external monitor and a USB C hub connected to a keyboard, the monitor, ethernet cable and a USB stick and the battery has not drained slowly or anything. This charger was able to maintain the charge for the Yoga 9 (this is the one with the OLED display that has the 100W charger requirement). The X1 runs obviously no problem as well.

Not a Fan
The device gives no indication of charge level nor indication that device is charging when it is plugged in. I thought, okay, well perhaps if I plug it into the computer I can check on such things, but nope. I also do not care for the sloppy way that the cord stores (wrapped around the device, typical sure, but something about it isn't as sleek as I expect of Lenovo).
