Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent VoIP monitor! I bought one of these monitors for remote learning/work. The size is great, the picture is sharp, and I love the features. This monitor checked all the boxes for me. It has a Display Port in, two USB passthrough ports, built-in stereo speakers, a built-in 1080p IRRGB webcam, dual microphone array, face-tracking, a privacy shutter, and the ability to control it with a mouse via the software. This monitor also featured an excellent and sturdy stand with a wide range of motion including the ability to rotate the monitor to a vertical (portrait) orientation. It came with all of the cables needed to work and works great. It should be noted that the first one that I got seemed to have some sort of hardware or firmware issue which prevented the webcam from working. Luckily, Lenovo support was able to quickly replace the faulty unit and get me a working one.

I just wish I could SEE THE LITTLE TINY SYMBOLS on the bottom to turn off/on, or open the Menu to make adjustments, or lower/increase sound, etc. I literally took a picture, increased the size, highlighted it and taped it to the monitor. I don't have terrible eyesight and I just got new glasses, so it's not my eyes. It seems like all electronics is like that...the manufacturer doesn't seem to care if you can SEE controls. So I couldn't give it 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didn’t work and got weak support to fix issue The monitor arrived and looked fine but the buttons didn’t work nor could it connect to my computer. I called tech support and they didn’t even try to troubleshoot. I waited a very long time to talk to them so I was disappointed. They offered to send me a replacement but it would have taken 5 business days to arrive when the original monitor too 3 business days to arrive. I was very disappointed.

I replaced a Dell monitor I had used for years, and love that this one includes a camera a speakers, as well as a place to plug in headphones and a place charge a phone. I was reluctant to replace my old monitor, but am very glad I did!

I probably returned the first because the instructions were so bad and even with the assistance from the technician we could not get it to work. Second one worked after a review with the technician. I suggest spending a little time and making the instructions work as opposed to printing a reminder for someone who already knows how to set it up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean pic. Clean picture. I however keep reaching up to use as a touch screen and it doesn't do that. Overall a great display I use it with my laptop as the primary screen and my laptop as the second screen. The camera is decent and would work for telehealth or zoom
