Genuine Lexmark Toner Cartridge Does Its Job
Not much to report... just your run-of-the-mill genuine Lexmark black toner cartridge for mid-size color laserjet printers. Never had an issue with these in terms of reliability and being concerned with rated page count vs. actual.
Using this cartridge model in both 417 and 517 series printers for the sake of consolidation; realize that a "extra high capacity" variant of this cartridge is compatible for 517 and 617 series Lexmark printers.
Don't buy aftermarket units -- there's no guarantee that they will work. Modern printers are pretty locked-down in terms of cartridge acceptance.
