Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great PrinterI received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The Lexmark printer is a good printer in terms of quality. Once set up, it is relatively easy to use to make copies, send faxes, and print using. The only issue I have is that the display is small and it takes pressing a lot of buttons to make copies and make sure the settings are all how you want them. Otherwise, the easy and quality of the printer makes it a hit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Printer!!!The Lexmark MC2425 Printer is an awesome machine with many functions and capabilities.The actual printer produces high quality black/color prints very quickly and effortlessly. The colors are vibrant when compared to my Epson Printer. It was a breeze to set it up the wireless, which is a must in any printer.The noise level printing is rather quiet for a machine of this size.The LCD menu walks you through the functions and set up for the printer. It will give you a reading once the set up is complete or if it finds a paper jam. You will not be able to continue printing until the jam is fixed. It gives a reminder when paper is low. Pretty much it warns you when anything is wrong.The drawbacks: The printer is heavy, definitely will need more than one person to lift it. The directions are in picture format, I prefer to read my instructions. The picture depicted orange tabs/red ribbon that needed to be pulled off, I was concerned that if I pulled to hard that I would break something.I did not find an instruction manual in the box but this was easily fixed by finding the manual online.I would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars only because it lacked complete instructions but if you are tech savvy it would not be a problem. Other than that AWESOME printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PRO PRINTER IN QUALITY AND SIZEThe Lexmark MC2425 is as good as it gets in professional document printing, copying and color imaging. In general, a very good investment, if you want a professional, dependable machine.I will start with the PRO`s:• The initial installation was deceptively easy, by just downloading an app to my iPhone and following the instructions.• No wires! All bluetooth.• The printer actually lets you print from your phone, by downloading another app (as long as you are connected to the same wi-fi network).• Prints are photo-quality. I did not use photo paper, but the images were crisp and without those undesirable lines you can get with other home use printers.• The fax works pretty well (in case there`s anyone who faxes anything anymore).• Copies are pretty fast.The CONS:Before I start, I must disclose that I am not exactly a computer geek, and prone to get easily frustrated in a short period of time (If you saw OFFICE SPACE, I would be one of those guys attacking the printer). Having said that, here are the CONS.• This is a BIG and HEAVY machine, similar to the one you would find at a doctor`s office or small business. If you are considering purchasing one, you will need space to put it in and a sturdy table.• The machine is a little noisy (I had it 4 feet away from me, but I guess it can be solved by putting it farther away from you.• The package comes with assembly instructions but no installation instructions. You have to download an app and if you want a manual you need to go to the website. I understand that they want to save money and trees, but I think these should be inside the box.• Package also includes a cd with the drivers, even though most computers don`t have a cd reader. You can download it from their site as well.• I was not able to use the scanner. I am sure it should be simple but after a week, I haven`t figured it out.• Last, but not least, my printer went offline and I can`t get back on. Right now, I am waiting for assistance (and I am sure it will be quite simple for someone who understands these things.• Word of warning: toners and inks for this printer are outrageously expensive. Keep this in mind when doing this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home office color laser MFP doesn't disappointThis printer is bigger (taller too) than I thought it would be but it is definitely worth it. Support for printing from all devices, wired and wireless connectivity as well as additional protocol support like FTP makes this printer an attractive buy. The toner cartridges are easy to manage and the printer is very fast. Scanning, printing, copying as well as fax functionality has you covered no matter what you need to do. Installing on OS X, which can be a bit of pain, is dead easy. Highly recommend this beast if you have the real estate to support it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to follow set up!I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. What I liked about this product was that the only assembling was an extended paper tray, nothing else! Also, there were not many instructions as to how to use the printer. There were a lot of pictures that made it easy to follow for setting up, etc. The two issues I had was that once one ink cartridge runs out, you have to replace because you will not be able to print if any of the ink cartridge is low. Second, the printer is very, very, very heavy! My recommendations for improvement is that regardless of which ink runs low or is done, you should have the capability of using the others. I found that to be a very big drawback. I would recommend this product to a person is willing to purchase ink at any given time and when they all run out at the same time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent performance from a quality all-in-one printer!This multifunction device by Lexmark has pleasantly surprised me in so many ways. Key features include fast warm up, and quick printing output no matter what type or size media I've used on it. I also love the duplex scan feature, and I appreciate that this is not a noisy machine whatsoever. I've yet to experience any glitches or even a paper jam! Initial product assembly and network setup was fairly easy and straightforward; customer support is available if needed. My expectations were exceeded, as this is indeed a very high quality all-in-one printer / copier / scanner / fax machine. I definitely recommend this printer for small to medium-sized businesses and even for higher functioning home offices. This is truly a five-star printer that produces quality results every time. It truly gives a lot of bang for your buck, and it has been able to keep up the pace on even the busiest of my workdays to date!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do it all printerOverall, this printer does everything you need it to do. It prints quick and easy, scans, copies, with good resolution. I love that it has WiFi capability so I print directly from my phone! It’s an awesome feature that comes in handy sometimes.Now this thing is a bit bulky, so you’ll need a nice big space for it. The box barely fit in my truck, and you will need two people to carry it. Setting it up took about ten minutes, and using an app on your phone for system setup makes it very easy.Once you get it up and running, it works well and does what you need. It is a little loud when printing but it’s not so bad. I would definitely recommend this printer to those that work from home, students, etc. This printer will sure come in handy for everyday use.
