Glass cover does not interfere with any functionality. I use my IPad Pro for electronic sheet music. Since I use it in a vertical position on my piano, it would be nice if it had more of a non slip edge.

The back of the case is too big and feels like it’s loose. The plastic screen protector on the front of the case stands off the screen a little bit in each corner and you have to press firmly to get the iPad to register your touches.....these things have never been an issue with the many otterbox phone cases I have had. Will have to really think about it before buying another iPad case

Putting it together was straightforward: all buttons and openings lined up and worked perfectly on the first try. The screen protector fit nicely as well, although I would recommend that you clean off the actual iPad screen before you put it together. The item was a little expensive, but I elected not to obtain the AppleCare Warranty, so I feel over time this will be a better investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDora from The star button doesn't workThe otter box was just what I expected, in terms of protection, I have this brand of case for another 3 devices. Unfortunately the IPad Pro one seems to not have a perfect fit for the start button, top right corner, since it does not work, I have tried adjusting better the case with no results, so I don't use it. I simple wait until the IPad goes off by itself, it is a bit annoying since this is one of the priciest cases in the market. Sorry I wasn't expecting more based on my other 3 cases.
