Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unable to Ignore Hissing Sound I'm on my second headset since last week. Both had the same problem on multiple computers (tested on both Mac OS and Windows). There is a low-level hiss in both earbuds, and my voice seems to feedback through the microphone into the earbuds. This issue was not present with my previous Plantronics headset, which is a much older model. Tech support was unable to help me with this issue, and the replacement unit had exactly the same issue.Unfortunately, for me this makes it unusable as I need to be able to use the headset for a 6 to 8 hour workday and the noise causes a headache fairly quickly. Not something I can deal with, but your mileage may vary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need not to look any farther.Dis Da One!I have used several head sets for PS, iPad, Kindel, I bought this one for my Macbook Pro running Dragon Dicatate 4 Mac. All I had to do was plug in and select from System and start the program, flawless.... :

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable fit for small earsLove the over the ear fitting. So much more comfortable than the over the head sets I had been using. I was using a Microsoft Life-Chat LX-6000 for Business and it has good quality sound but the over head piece is too large for me - it kept slipping around even though it was on the smallest size. Plantronics Blackwire 435M is good quality hearing except for occasional popping, hissing, and lost connection (which may be due to VOIP). People on other end seem to hear me fine unless they have been transferred several times from other agents. Then I call them back and all is good. Also it seems to have a loose connection in the cord if I accidently bump the hand control on the wire. I loose the ability to hear the caller. I like the hand control design for volume control and mute, do not use the connection key. I wish the hand control unit was lower on the wire so that it could lay upon my desk rather than dangling on my chest - I do use the clip. I love the option to use either Stereo or Mono hearing ear pieces. Over all I'm very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for traveling office to officeI use these when I travel while on work PC and for connecting to CISCO phones using USB connection. Good sound in both ears. The pros:- Lightweight - Made for travel with carrying case- Excellent sound quality both on voice and micThe cons:- The plastic ear pieces that hook around the ear come in one size and can be annoying. They can remind you that they are there. Needs some kind of cushion

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used with Dragon Medical for MacI use this in the room with the patients while dictating their record. Very accurate mic, and the ability to remove the one earpiece is perfect for our use, as we really don't use the speaker at all.
